Online Classes
How it works:

• Ashtanga Yoga Shala New Braunfels/Mary Therapeutic Massage has a Zoom account and is hosting the meetings/classes. We will send out an email with an invitation to the meeting. It will be mailed out the day before classes.
• In the email is a link, ID and password. You will click on the link and either set up the Zoom account (for free), this is just a one-time step and from there on out you just sign in.
• Once you are in you put the ID to enter the meeting.
• Please, set up your devise that I can see your whole person while practicing. It is about 10 feet away from your mat.
• Test the sound and video to make sure it works; 
• If you are a few minutes earlier, you can still get set up and when I join, I will show up on your screen.
• First time students, I will schedule a one on one class first, to only focus on you, since this is a little bit different online then at the shala. This class will not cost extra, it will be included in your class card you buy, e.g. you buy 8 classes and you use one up for the first one on one class.
• The rules about start times and etiquette are exactly the same as in the shala.
• I set up an email list with practitioners that either are practicing with us and have cards or recently practiced at AYSNB and might be interested to keep on practicing. If you do not want to be on the email list, just reply: “Remove

​First time students and out of town visitors, please, contact the shala, before your first visit/class, so the teacher understands, what your level of practice is or have any issues we should know about. Please, read the Etiquette and Guidelines, before your visit!
